British Library Access

RMCS
The British Library is the national library of the United Kingdom and welcomes visitors from around the world. While general areas of the library are open to the public, access to the Reading Rooms requires a Reader Pass. Due to the high number of applicants, passes are issued only after a review process to ensure that applicants have a genuine research need. Library staff are available to guide visitors and assist with other inquiries if they do not require access to the Reading Rooms.
